Mastering AI: Practical Skills For Real Work
AI: Foundation is a training programme that gives teams the essential knowledge and confidence to work with AI responsibly and effectively. Combining technical basics with leadership insight, it covers what AI is, what it can and can’t do, and how it’s changing the workplace. Participants will explore key topics like machine learning, generative AI, and automation, while also learning about ethical, secure, and human-centred approaches. Through hands-on exercises and guided discussions, the course introduces practical tools and encourages critical thinking about how to lead AI adoption within their teams and organisations.

Recognising his growing passion for sharing his leadership skills and ideas, Ron has focused the last few years as a successful certified leadership consultant, helping teams develop their leadership skills and strategies, in a wide range of themes, including conflict resolution, communication ideals, change management, influence and persuasion, learning styles and coaching skills.
Ron brings his unique mix of high impact tech leadership and human insight to Frontier Training, helping teams understand the impact, ethics and adoption of AI and how to most effectively integrate these systems and processes into existing teams, to accelerate growth and pace.

With almost 20 years across technology businesses, from hardware to software, Armin has built a career on ones and zeros.
An early adopter by nature, he's built a portfolio of tools and techniques from in-the-wild use of AI since the launch of platforms like chatGPT.
